Welcome to The Cake Cloud. Because we operate exclusively as a premium cloud bakery, every dessert you order is baked completely fresh just for you. We know that ordering delicate cakes online requires trust, which is why we have perfected our packaging and delivery process.

Below is everything you need to know about how we ensure your desserts arrive perfectly intact and exceptionally fresh.

🎂 Ordering & Lead Times

How far in advance should I place my order?

To guarantee absolute freshness, we require at least 24 hours' notice for all standard Cakes and Bento Cakes. If you are ordering bulk Gift Boxes or requiring highly customized designs, we recommend placing your order 48 hours in advance.

Do you accept same-day delivery orders?

Yes! We accept same-day orders for select Small Desserts, including Brownies, Cupcakes, and Cake Jars, subject to daily availability. For same-day cake requests, please reach out to us directly via WhatsApp to check our kitchen's availability.

Can I customize my Bento Cake?

Absolutely. We specialize in custom bento designs, including our Cute Character Bento and Photo/Message Bento. Just upload your reference image or type your desired message before adding the item to your cart.

Where do you deliver?

We provide dedicated online cake delivery across Guwahati. Simply enter your pin code at checkout to confirm delivery availability to your exact location.

How do you ensure the cake doesn't get damaged in transit?

As a cloud bakery, safe transit is our specialty. Your cake is secured to its base, placed in a sturdy, temperature-protective box, and handed strictly to delivery personnel trained in handling delicate bakery items. We take every precaution so your dessert arrives looking exactly as it did when it left our kitchen.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery fees are calculated transparently at checkout based on the distance from our cloud kitchen to your doorstep. There are no hidden fees.

🍰 Storage & Serving Instructions

How should I store my cake once it arrives?

Since we use premium, fresh ingredients, please refrigerate your cake immediately upon delivery to maintain its structure and freshness.

What is the best way to serve the cake?

For the ultimate tasting experience, take the cake out of the refrigerator 20 to 30 minutes before cutting. Allowing it to come to room temperature ensures the sponge is perfectly soft and the frosting is ready to melt in your mouth.
